I’m not based in Edinburgh. Can we still work together?
Absolutely! Many of my services are delivered online via Zoom, and I support clients across the UK and internationally.
How do I know if I’m ready to work with you?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply know your customer experience can be better but you just don’t know how to get started, you’re probably ready. All I ask is that you’re open to trying new approaches and willing to collaborate.
What services do you offer?
I offer strategy sessions, business audits, collaborative workshops, monthly retainers, data support. All services are tailored to YOUR business needs. You won’t get a cookie-cutter plan here.
What happens during a free consultation?
We’ll chat for 20 minutes to explore what’s going on in your business, what kind of support you’re looking for, and whether I’m the right fit to help.
Do you offer long-term support or just one-off sessions?
Both. You can book a one-off session to tackle a specific challenge or choose an ongoing retainer package for more hands-on, long-term collaboration.
Do you only work with certain businesses?
Not at all! While I love working with creative and service-based businesses, I’ve also worked with businesses in regulated, complex environments. I’m highly adaptable, driven by by my highly curious nature.
