My journey

My journey started early, running a dance school in Scotland at 19, some of this time spent living in the US. This showed me the grit and joy behind being a business owner. From here I went on to work on global transformation projects in a Big 5 UK bank where I learned the powers (and pitfalls) of process, planning and performance.

But what did I really crave? Getting closer to the value. I wanted to work directly with founders, solving real problems and seeing the results of that work change lives.

About me

I’d describe myself as “unseriously serious”. I take your business seriously, but bring energy and fun to every session and I ask you a lot of questions because seeing the full picture helps me spot opportunities other don’t.
