Who am I?

Hey, I'm Caitlin. Part strategist, part cheerleader but always curious.

I’m a business coach blending corporate clarity with creative thinking, helping founders grow thriving, customer-first businesses.

My journey

My journey started early, running a dance school in Scotland at 19, some of this time spent living in the US. This showed me the grit and joy behind being a business owner. From here I went on to work on global transformation projects in a Big 5 UK bank where I learned the powers (and pitfalls) of process, planning and performance.

But what did I really crave? Getting closer to the value. I wanted to work directly with founders and business owners, solving real problems and seeing the results of that work change lives.

About me

I’d describe myself as “unseriously serious”. I take your business seriously, but bring energy and fun to every session.

I’m known for asking a lot of questions. It’s important to me because seeing the full picture helps me spot opportunities others don’t.

Whether we’re simplifying your strategy, reworking your teams roles or building clarity into your numbers, my job is to make business feel lighter, clearer and easier.

About you

I work best with businesses ready for real change. People who are open, committed and curious about where their business could be with the right guidance.
